Training
Overview
The Minnesota Moose takes our player training seriously. We offer an array of highly skilled, individualized, and comprehensive training opportunities for our players. We emphasize weekly small group hitting (instructed by former collegiate athletes, professional instructors, and ex-MLB players), team defense and fielding training, and partner with Complete Game Softball pitching instruction with Katie Schober (former University of Minnesota Golden Gopher starting pitcher). We also offer a robust strength and conditioning program. Players can pick and choose when and how often they train during the off-season.
