Complete Game’s Director of Softball, Katie Schober is in her 9th year at CG. Katie is a 2004 graduate of Roseville HS where she helped lead the Raiders to a 2003 state tournament appearance. An All-State honoree in her senior year, Katie once held the MSHSL single game record for strikeouts with 32 punchouts in a 21-inning game. She was also a finalist for Metro Player of the Year in 2004. Katie would move on to the University of Minnesota where she was a four-year starter for the Golden Gophers.
Outside of Complete Game, Katie has coached seven seasons of high school softball. She has also served as the varsity pitching coach at Hill-Murray (2014-2015), North St. Paul (2016-2017) and Elk River (2018-2020).
Joining Complete Game’s staff in 2014, Katie serves as the Director of Softball and oversees all CG fastpitch training. She offers year-round pitching programs with an emphasis on improving velocity, spin and control. She instructs pitchers of all ages, training over 300 pitchers per year. Over her time at CG, Katie has worked with some of the best pitchers in the Metro.
